Meet the instructor

Alison started yoga in 2012 unaware of just how much impact it would have on her life. She found the benefits to be enormous on a physical, mental and emotional level.

In 2021 she completed her 200 Yoga teacher training with Hatha & Vinyasa flow as the main styles of yoga and has subsequently qualified to teach Yin yoga to be able to teach the different styles of yoga that she feels so passionate about.

Whether you are new to yoga or have practiced before, she looks forward to welcoming you on the mat to empower you on your journey towards personal growth and wellbeing.
